Who are we?

The IDMf Netlabel is a gathering of like minded artists & people fueled with a passion for Electronic Music, Sound Design & Glitch. We are in handshake with IDMforums.com; the premiere Electronic Music Production forum specializing in dance and experimental music. The Netlabel operates parallel to IDMforums to bring you the brightest talent from the underground scene.

Our Netlabel is orchestrated by Ben Walthew, Aaron King and Christopher Lombardo,  Our Label works solely for the benefit of our artists and forum members: we receive no financial compensation, and require no overhead.

We work specifically with the Creative Commons copyright method to offer the most flexibility in distribution, and to protect the integrity and music of our artists.

If you’d like more information on how we work and what we look for in new artists, please feel free to email us at idmf.collective@gmail.com

I have learned so much from IDMf over the years it’s unreal. Starting off as a longtime lurker, I was able to listen to a lot of amazing music while I started getting into the technology side of making it, thus has been a huge inspiration and learning source. So thank you, IDMf, for all your lessons and all your flanging brilliant music.
